The Order Guild

Hey Team, your local web deamon Hukkresh here with an update on some changes in The Order.

Guild Focus:

I hear alot how members want to see more end game content and move past the traditional 10 man content.  The solution?  Focus change.
The Order will officially be changing its focus toward end game raiding and with this change comes a set of new established policies and requirements members need to make in order for it to work properly.

Mirrored Guilds:

The Order guild will be established for main characters only - the exception of this rule will be applied to members who achieve a rank awared to those who contribute above and beyond what we need on a continuing basis.  All alternate characters will G-Quit The Order and join The Disorder.  The Disorder guild will only be for The Order alts.  No other invites of persons will be allowed.  We as the leadership respectfully request you do not place your alts in other guilds because this will remove you from The Disorder option (which will be used as a gearing platform) and open the potential for resource abuse - if you have questions on resource abuse please see Hukkresh.

Communication:

All Order and Disorder members will join the joint communication channel and set it to green (or a color of your choice, we recommend green) - if you do not know what this channel is ask a member in either guild. Do not invite outside persons to this channel - it is not a looking for group channel.  This policy will be strictly enforced.

Raiding and Ranks:

Raids will be on a regular basis.  Raids are open only to members of The Order who are ranked raiders.  To be a ranked raider, you must attend 3 raids per month.  Raids will be based on balance and availability.  New content will be attempted on a 1 boss per night basis unless the raid urges the content to continued.  These nightly attempts will be limited in time to encourage participation, people have lives and jobs (sometimes our job is our life/battlerez isle 5!).  Raiding example, The Order raids SSC starting on Monday, continues on Tuesday - this weekly raid M-F is one raid.  When you signup you are expected to be there for the entire duration, however, each day of the raid will count towards your attendance.  If a member fails to meet raider status requirements they will be demoted to "casual" status.  Casual status allows you to raid with the raiding groups but you must attend 3 consecutive raids to re-achieve raider status.  Casual players will be called on to fill empty raiding spots.  Example.  Hukkresh is late, Oonai is a casual player, Oonai says he will attend the raid, Oonai gets invited, Hukkresh logs on - Oonai goes on the raid, Hukkresh still need to make his 3 raid a month requirement, this raid didn't count for him.  Ranked raiders recieve priority over casual members.  Example, Oonai and Hukkresh are both signed up and both on time, Hukkresh is a ranked raider, Oonai is casual, unless Hukkresh passes in whisper to the Raid Leader, Hukkresh goes he is the Ranked Raider.

Raid Leaders:

Raid leaders lead raids.  A raid leader is expected to know all of the assignments for all of the classes for all of the boss encounters.  A raid leader is in charge of logging attendance, primary explanations of boss encounters and raid balancing.

Class Leaders:

Class leaders are the representation of all members of the guild beneath them.  Class leaders will know all 3 specs available to their class.  Class leaders will know the spec, skill level and gearing of all members in the guild of their class.  Class leaders are in charge of boss class specific duties.  Questions? Loot:

Loot will be done was it is usually done with a few small exceptions.  These exceptions will be explained here in detail at a later time pending an officer update.
